To make your stay as pleasant as possible, we would like to remind you that the management does not accept responsibility for lost, stolen or forgotten items. We advise you not to leave valuables unattended in your room. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

In case of an emergency, you can contact our front desk directly by dialing number 9 on the telephone in your room. In addition, a company emergency worker is present in our building at all times to assist you in emergency situations. Your safety is our top priority.

We welcome you for lunch between 11:30 and 16:00, and for dinner between 17:00 and 22:00. If you wish to make a reservation, simply call the front desk staff by typing 9 on your phone in your room.

Forgotten swimwear? No worries! You can still use our swimming pool and other wellness facilities. We have swimwear available at reception.

How much fun is it to ride a Fatbike? At our reception you can rent a KNAAP Fatbike for €37.50! Plan a nice bike route or enjoy a drink in the center. With a Fatbike you are everywhere fast and stylish.

If you have a diet or allergy, please inform our reception desk (button 9). Our kitchen can take this into account, if indicated well in advance. Your comfort and well-being are of the utmost importance to us.

Discover the beautiful surroundings of Van der Valk Hotel Lelystad by bicycle! Our reception is happy to help you reserve a bicycle, both prior to and during your stay. Enjoy an electric bicycle for €29.50 per day or a normal bicycle for €16.00 per day. Return the keys at the reception and safely store your bike in our locked bike shed. For more information and reservations, our reception is always at your service.

We have an enclosed bicycle shed next to our hotel. It is mandatory to park all bicycles here. Bicycles are not allowed in the hotel room. In case of violation, a fine will be imposed. The key to the bicycle shed is kept at reception. When doing so, please report to reception.

If you have lost something or want to report a found item, please call the front desk. We will be happy to help you find your belongings. You can reach us at the front desk phone number.

On the sixteenth floor of our hotel is the sky bar, where you can enjoy a delicious drink while overlooking the breathtaking view of Lelystad. The bar offers an exclusive experience and provides a 360 degree panoramic view of the entire region. It is open daily from 17:00 - 00:00.

Your pet is welcome in the lobby bar and on our terrace (when open). Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in our restaurant, sky bar or in a room.

Your hotel room will be at your disposal from 3 p.m. on the day of arrival.

The entire property and terrace features free Wi-Fi.

If during your stay you wish to make a room reservation for a subsequent night, we recommend that you indicate this one day before departure. This will avoid possible waiting times at check-out.

During the holidays, regular bookings are not possible. Instead, you can choose from our special Christmas offer, including festive overnight stays, a sumptuous Christmas buffet, or a luxurious 4-course dinner. If you require additional comforters, pillows or clothes hangers in your room, please contact the front desk (extension 9). We are ready to meet your needs. Moreover, your bed comes with both soft and firm pillows, so you can choose what is most comfortable for you.

All emergency exits are clearly marked and equipped with emergency lighting. For your own safety, we recommend that you orient yourself upon arrival so that you know how to find the emergency exits in case of emergency. On the inside of the door in your room you will also find a map with escape routes.

The breakfast buffet is served in our restaurant from Monday to Friday from 06.30 am to 10.00 am. On Saturday and Sunday from 07.30 am to 10.30 am.

For the first four hours, you can park for free next to our hotel in the designated parking spaces.

Smoking is not allowed in the entire property. If you did smoke in your room, we will charge a €250 cleaning fee.

Do you prefer to dine in your room? No problem!!! Please note that we charge a surcharge of €10.00 for Inroom Dining. Placing your order can be done via your hotel phone with key 9.

For a tasty snack, visit our store in the lobby. We have a variety of treats to satisfy your appetite. Feel free to stop by and explore our offerings!

Upon request, we can gladly arrange a cab for you. For more information, please contact our front desk. We are ready to assist you with your transportation needs.

On nice days, we would like to invite you to enjoy our terrace. Whether you want to relax in the sun or be served, our terrace offers the perfect ambiance for your stay. We look forward to welcoming you!

We kindly ask you to leave your room with your luggage no later than 11:00 am on the day of departure. We would appreciate it if you return your room key at the reception. Thank you for your cooperation and we hope you had a pleasant stay.

If you wish to use our wake-up service, please give your room number and desired wake-up time to our front desk (key 9). We will make sure to wake you on time. Your comfort is our priority.
