Van der Valk Hotel Lelystad is the ideal location for a professional photoshoot. With stylish spaces and a modern interior, the hotel offers plenty of opportunities. Perfect for business shoots, portraits, or special occasions.

Rates and payment

The cost for a photoshoot in our hotel is €250. Upon arrival, please check in at the reception and settle this amount. After that, you are free to use our public areas.

Photo location

You have access to our public spaces for your photoshoot. These include our entrance, lobby, grand staircase, and the break-out area on the 1st floor. Please note that these spaces are open to other guests, and there may be other guests present during your photo session. It is not allowed to ask these guests to leave the area.

Assistance and extra spaces

Photographing in the Skybar or meeting rooms is possible (for an additional fee) if a colleague is available to assist you. This availability cannot be guaranteed in advance due to the busy schedule of the hotel and the availability of the meeting rooms for external parties.

Skybar BarBoa or meeting room

If you want to ensure an exclusive space, we offer our Skybar and meeting rooms for an additional fee of €150.

Limitations and hospitality

For photographing in the Lobby Bar or Restaurant, it is possible, but we kindly ask you to consider our guests and not to disturb their experience. If guests are inconvenienced, we reserve the right to end the photoshoot or to continue it elsewhere in the hotel.

Camera options

You can book a room for your photoshoot between 12:00 and 14:00 for a rate of €150. For a suite, this is €250. If you wish to shoot for a longer period or at a different time, you will need to pay the regular overnight rate for the room. The room will then be available from 15:00 on the day of the photoshoot until 11:00 the next day. Based on availability, the room can be booked for a late check-out until 17:00 for an additional fee of €50. There are no late checkouts for a suite.
