Van der Valk Hotel Lelystad

In the regulation below, you will find the most important house rules that apply within our hotel. We kindly ask you to respect and accept these rules.

Upon check-in, a valid identification document must be shown per room. The main booker of the reservation must be 18 years of age or older.
It is not allowed to be present with more people than the number for which the reservation was made. Visitors must identify themselves at the reception.
Smoking is prohibited in all rooms. In case of violation, a fine of €250.00 will be imposed. If the fire alarm goes off due to smoking in the room, the call-out costs of the fire department amounting to €300.00 will be additionally charged to you.
Candles in the room are not allowed due to fire safety.
In case of damage to Van der Valk's property, you will be held liable for the costs.
Emergency exits must not be used unless there is an emergency.
The use and/or trafficking of narcotics is not allowed. In case of violation, you will be immediately removed from our hotel without refund.
The use of laughing gas is not allowed. In case of violation, a fine of €150.00 will be imposed.
Please do not cause any disturbance in and around the hotel by playing loud music, inappropriate behavior, or any kind of noise.
During all circumstances, we respect your privacy, however, we are authorized to enter your room in case of "not complying with our house rules".
Van der Valk Hotel Lelystad is not responsible for the loss or theft of your belongings. If you leave items in the hotel room, it is at your own risk.
Verbal and/or physical violence will not be tolerated.
Bicycles are not allowed in the hotel room. Bicycles can be stored in the locked bicycle shed.
Wearing swimwear is mandatory at the pool and other wellness facilities. Forgot your swimwear? It is available at the reception.

We have a zero tolerance policy. This means that, in case of non-compliance with our house rules, no warning will be given and you will be asked to leave the hotel immediately. No refund will be provided, and any paid deposit will be withheld.

By signing, you indicate your agreement to comply with our house rules. Unfortunately, without your signature, we cannot check you in.
