Check-in

We kindly request you and/or your guest(s) to present a valid identification document upon check-in. All hotel guests must be 18 years or older at check-in. Children under 18 years old must stay under parental supervision.

Warranty

We will hold the reservation guaranteed until 18:00 on the day of arrival. If you arrive later than 18:00, please contact the hotel reception.

Food & Drink

In Restaurant Suyd you can enjoy a daily extensive breakfast buffet, lunch, dinner, or a drink. The restaurant is open daily for breakfast from 06:30 to 10:00 and on weekends from 07:30 to 10:30. For lunch, we are open daily from 11:30 to 16:00 and for dinner from 17:00 to 22:00.

In our Skybar Barboa, on the 16th floor, you can enjoy a panoramic view with delicious wines, cocktails, snacks, and more. For more information about the opening hours, menus, and making a reservation, please click here.

Parking

As a hotel guest, you can park for free at the hotel. Supercharger charging stations are available. There is a bicycle storage facility for bicycles.
