Cancellation policy

Meetings & Events

A cancellation must be communicated to us in writing and dated. No rights can be granted to an oral cancellation. The day of receipt of the letter, fax, or email is considered as the definitive cancellation date. The total reservation value, based on the most recent confirmation of the group, event, or conference, is the basis for the amount due from the contracting party of the agreement.

Cancellation policy for up to 25 people

  • Up to 21 days before arrival, 50% of the agreed total volume can be canceled free of charge.

  • Up to 14 days before arrival, 25% of the agreed total volume can be canceled free of charge.

  • Up to 7 days before arrival, 10% of the agreed total volume can be canceled free of charge.

  • Up to 1 day before arrival, a maximum of 2 rooms or 2 participants can be cancelled free of charge.

Payment terms for up to 25 people

  • 50% of the agreed total amount must be paid 21 days before arrival.

  • The remaining 40% of the agreed total amount must be paid 14 days before arrival.

  • The remaining 10% and any extras must be paid within 14 days after the end of the meeting and/or stay.

Cancellation policy for up to 50 people

  • Up to 42 days before arrival, 50% of the agreed total volume can be canceled free of charge.

  • Up to 28 days before arrival, 25% of the agreed total volume can be canceled free of charge.

  • Up to 14 days before arrival, 10% of the agreed total volume can be canceled free of charge.

  • Up to 1 day before arrival, a maximum of 3 rooms or 3 participants can be cancelled free of charge.

Payment terms for up to 50 people

  • 50% of the agreed total amount must be paid 42 days before arrival.

  • The remaining 40% of the agreed total amount must be paid 28 days before arrival.

  • The remaining 10% and any extras must be paid within 14 days after the end of the meeting and/or stay.

Cancellation policy for up to 150 people

  • Up to 90 days before arrival, 50% of the agreed total volume can be canceled free of charge.

  • Up to 42 days before arrival, 25% of the agreed total volume can be canceled free of charge.

  • Up to 14 days before arrival, 10% of the agreed total volume can be canceled free of charge.

  • Up to 1 day before arrival, a maximum of 4 rooms or 4 participants can be cancelled free of charge.

  • 50% of the agreed total amount must be paid 90 days before arrival.

  • The remaining 40% of the agreed total amount must be paid 42 days before arrival.

  • The remaining 10% and any extras must be paid within 14 days after the end of the meeting and/or stay.

Cancellation conditions for 150 people and above

  • Up to 180 days before arrival, 50% of the agreed total volume can be canceled free of charge.

  • Up to 60 days before arrival, 25% of the agreed total volume can be canceled free of charge.

  • Up to 14 days before arrival, 10% of the agreed total volume can be canceled free of charge.

  • Up to 1 day before arrival, a maximum of 4 rooms or 4 participants can be cancelled free of charge.

Payment terms for 150 people and above.

  • 50% of the agreed total amount must be paid 180 days before arrival.

  • The remaining 40% of the agreed total amount must be paid 60 days before arrival.

  • The remaining 10% and any extras must be paid within 14 days after the end of the meeting and/or stay.
