Cancellation policy Meetings & Events

A cancellation must be submitted to us in writing and dated. No rights can be derived from an oral cancellation. The day of receipt of the letter, fax, or email is considered the definitive cancellation date. The total reservation value, based on the most recent confirmation of the group, event, or conference, serves as the basis for the amount owed by the client under the agreement.

Cancellation Terms for up to 25 persons

  • Up to 21 days before arrival, 50% of the agreed total volume can be canceled free of charge.
  • Up to 14 days before arrival, 25% of the agreed total volume can be canceled free of charge.
  • Up to 7 days before arrival, 10% of the agreed total volume can be canceled free of charge.
  • Up to 1 day before arrival, a maximum of 2 rooms or 2 participants can be canceled free of charge.

Payment Terms for up to 25 persons

  • 50% of the agreed total amount must be paid 21 days before arrival.
  • The remaining 40% of the agreed total amount must be paid 14 days before arrival.
  • The remaining 10% and any extras must be settled no later than 14 days after the meeting and/or stay.

  • Up to 42 days before arrival, 50% of the agreed total volume can be canceled free of charge.
  • Up to 28 days before arrival, 25% of the agreed total volume can be canceled free of charge.
  • Up to 14 days before arrival, 10% of the agreed total volume can be canceled free of charge.
  • Up to 1 day before arrival, a maximum of 3 rooms or 3 participants can be canceled free of charge.

Payment Terms for up to 50 persons

  • 50% of the agreed total amount must be paid 42 days before arrival.
  • The remaining 40% of the agreed total amount must be paid 28 days before arrival.
  • The remaining 10% and any extras must be settled no later than 14 days after the meeting and/or stay.

  • Up to 90 days before arrival, 50% of the agreed total volume can be canceled free of charge.
  • Up to 42 days before arrival, 25% of the agreed total volume can be canceled free of charge.
  • Up to 14 days before arrival, 10% of the agreed total volume can be canceled free of charge.
  • Up to 1 day before arrival, a maximum of 4 rooms or 4 participants can be canceled free of charge.

  • 50% of the agreed total amount must be paid 90 days before arrival.
  • The remaining 40% of the agreed total amount must be paid 42 days before arrival.
  • The remaining 10% and any extras must be settled no later than 14 days after the meeting and/or stay.

Cancellation Policy for 150+ Persons

  • Up to 180 days before arrival, 50% of the agreed total volume can be canceled free of charge.
  • Up to 60 days before arrival, 25% of the agreed total volume can be canceled free of charge.
  • Up to 14 days before arrival, 10% of the agreed total volume can be canceled free of charge.
  • Up to 1 day before arrival, a maximum of 4 rooms or 4 participants can be canceled free of charge.

Payment Terms for 150+ Persons

  • 50% of the agreed total amount must be paid 180 days before arrival.
  • The remaining 40% of the agreed total amount must be paid 60 days before arrival.
  • The remaining 10% and any additional costs must be settled no later than 14 days after the meeting and/or stay.
